Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We collect information only when you voluntarily provide it — typically when you contact us to book a tour via WhatsApp, phone, or email. This may include:

• Your name
• Contact number (for WhatsApp and phone calls)
• Hotel name or pickup address (for pickup tours)
• Tour preferences and date requested
• Group size and age of participants

We do not collect payment card details online. Payment is made in person on arrival.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

• Confirm your booking and send your GPS pin or pickup time
• Contact you regarding your tour (e.g. reminders, weather-related changes)
• Respond to questions and enquiries
• Improve our service based on feedback

We do not use your data for unsolicited marketing. We do not sell or rent your personal data to any third party.

3. WhatsApp Communications

When you contact us via WhatsApp, your messages are subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy (Meta Platforms Inc.). We use WhatsApp solely to communicate about your booking. We do not add you to broadcast lists without your permission.

4. Cookies and Analytics

We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and actions such as clicking the WhatsApp or call button). This helps us improve the website and our tours. Google may set cookies for this purpose; the data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally. We do not run advertising trackers or sell any data. When you first visit, a cookie banner lets you Accept or Reject analytics cookies; visitors in the EEA and UK are set to "reject" until they choose. You can change your choice any time via the Cookie settings link in the footer, block cookies in your browser, or opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. Server access logs (IP address, page requested, browser type) are also kept briefly for security monitoring.

5. Data Retention

Booking records (WhatsApp conversation history and any associated details) are retained for up to 12 months and then deleted. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

6. Third-Party Links

This website may contain links to external sites (e.g. Google Maps, WhatsApp). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.

7. Your Rights

Under UAE data protection principles, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@quadbikedesertsafaridubai.com.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
